Mission
Notch Mechanical Constructors specializes in the installation of piping systems for industrial and institutional facilities throughout southern New England.
Our work is essential to maintaining our modern quality of life. We build and maintain plants that make electricity, food, medicine, fiber optics, paper, plastics, and other products. Our people build the mechanical backbone of educational and medical facilities. We help our customers make their facilities safer, produce their products more cost effectively, and reduce their impact on the environment. The systems we install provide safe drinking water and protect people and property from the ravages of fire. We help build a better world.
Guiding Principles
-
Put Safety First
We build every project with safety as a top priority. It is our intention that neither our team nor the people around us are injured as a result of the work we are performing. We are committed to getting everyone home the way they came to work.
-
Strive for Excellence
Excellence is the goal we set in all we do. This encompasses the systems and products we build and how we operate as an organization. This requires that we continually strive to improve both as individuals and as a company.
-
Keep Customers Forever
Customers are our lifeblood. We build long term, close relationships with our customers by understanding their needs and servicing those needs responsively, dependably, and cost effectively. Our future success is integrally linked to the long term success and health of our customers.
-
Work with Integrity
We believe that honesty, fairness and respect for others are the foundations of our relationships with our customers, employees and vendors. A safe and respectful work environment is key to building a relationship of integrity with our fellow employees.
-
Meet the Challenge
We take on the challenge and get the job done. Near or far, day or night, big or small, we take on the tough projects that our customers need done. Through robust planning, team commitment, and sustained effort, we see these jobs to completion.
